This hardneck porcelain garlic hails from the mountains of Georgia in Eastern Europe. It grows particularly well in the northern United States producing consistently excellent yields and size. Each bulb has 4-6 full-bodied cloves. Some bulbs can reach over 6 ounces ! It has a very pure flavor with no earthiness. Its size, beauty, taste and ease of care make Georgian Crystal a great choice for selling to restaurants or at Farmer’s Markets. One pound of seed grade Georgian Crystal will typically contain enough cloves to plant a row of approximately 15-18’.
